End User License Agreement

Subject of the License Agreement

The subject of this license agreement is the right to use one licensed copy of the Vii Engine (ver 3.0) by PHPSocial Group software product, in the manner and under the terms established by this agreement.

Contents of the Agreement

The customer service period from the date of purchase of one licensed copy of the Vii Engine (ver 3.0) by PHPSocial Group software product under the basic license is one year. If you decide not to renew your maintenance plan upon expiration, your software will continue to function fully, but without technical support or new script versions, with the exception of critical script updates.

If you purchase and use only a basic script license, customer service during the license agreement will consist solely of standard maintenance services: distribution packages, new script versions, and critical script updates. Technical support is not provided for basic licenses. To receive technical support for a script, users must have a license that includes technical support or be a technical support subscriber. We reserve the right to publish lists of selected users of our software products. We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time, but such changes will not apply retroactively. Amendments to this agreement will be sent to users via email to the addresses provided when purchasing the system.

Limited Use

When purchasing a license for the Vii Engine (ver 3.0) by PHPSocial Group software product, you should be aware that you do not acquire copyright to the software. You only acquire the right to use the software on a single website (one second-level domain and its subdomains) owned by you or your client. To use the script on another website, you must purchase a new license. Reselling the script to third parties is prohibited, and if you purchase the script for your clients, you are obligated to familiarize your clients with this license agreement. Also, if you purchase a script not for your own use, but for installation on your clients' websites, we are not obligated to provide customer support.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Buyer has the right to:

Change the design and structure of the software code to suit the needs of their website.

Produce and distribute instructions for modifications to templates and language files you create, provided they include attribution to the original developer of the software product prior to your modifications. Modifications made by you independently do not constitute the property of PHPSocial Group unless they contain the actual script code.

Create modules that will interact with our program code, indicating that this is your original product.

Move the software product to another website after mandatory notification to us and complete removal of the script from the previous website.

The buyer has no right:

Transfer rights to use the software product to third parties.

Change the structure of the program code or program functions for the purpose of creating related products.

Create separate, independent products based on our program code.

Use copies of the Vii Engine (ver 3.0) by PHPSocial Group software product under a single license on more than one website (one second-level domain and its subdomains).

Advertise, sell, or publish on Pirated copies of our software on your website.

Distribute or facilitate the distribution of unlicensed copies of Vii Engine (ver 3.0) by PHPSocial Group software.

Remove mechanisms that verify the original license for using the script.

Limitation of Warranty Obligations.
We would like to point out that the security mechanisms installed on Vii Engine (ver 3.0) by PHPSocial Group have known limitations, and while we make every effort to ensure the security of the script, you should be aware that there is no absolute guarantee against hacking your website. Furthermore, our warranties and technical support do not cover modifications made by third parties, including changes to the program code, style, language packs, or changes to the aforementioned parts made independently by the license holder. If the software is modified by you or a third party, we reserve the right to Refuse to provide you with technical support. You should be aware that the Vii Engine (ver 3.0) by PHPSocial Group software product cannot be returned or exchanged due to the lack of warranties protecting the software from copying.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Vii Engine (ver 3.0) by PHPSocial Group name and the scripts included in this product are the property of PHPSocial Group, unless a different license type applies to a system component. The software is protected by copyright law. Any published original materials created as a result of using our script, and the associated rights to them, are the property of the user and are protected by law. PHPSocial Group assumes no responsibility for the content of websites created by users of the Vii Engine (ver 3.0) by PHPSocial Group script.

Early Termination of Contractual Obligations

This agreement is automatically terminated if you refuse to comply with the terms of our agreement. This license agreement may be unilaterally terminated by us if we establish any violation of this license agreement. In the event of early termination, you agree to delete all copies of our software within 3 business days of receiving the corresponding notice.
